Order Cancellation Policy

At Eighty-Seven8, every order is carefully processed and packed by our team. Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipped.

  • Once an order has entered the packing or fulfillment process, it can no longer be canceled.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please email info@eighty-seven8.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The reason for your cancellation request

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Exceptions

The following orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into processing:

  • Pre-order items (subject to our separate Pre-Order Cancellation Policy)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Special-order items purchased specifically for a customer

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At Eighty-Seven8, we carefully plan and purchase inventory based on the number of pre-orders we receive. Because of this, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, pre-orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Delays

Pre-order release dates are provided by publishers and distributors and are subject to change. If a release date is delayed, we will ship your order as soon as we receive inventory. Publisher delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise noted at checkout. If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to secure inventory from our distributors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eighty-seven8.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
